From farming to transportation, we work collaboratively with specialists throughout the entire process. We only work with BRC approved factories, who share our commitment to stringent production standards.

To meet the requirements of each customer, we can supply portions ranging from 15g to 20kg.

Our artisan charcuterie products are sourced only from farms which meet our ethical standards. We work closely with our suppliers to ensure our high standards are met.

Our high-quality cuts can be butchered and packaged to the requirements of each of our commercial customer. We source the best produce and deliver it with exceptional service to create new opportunities for the British and Irish food industry.

We are resolute in our belief that sustainability cannot be compromised. Our products are sourced with the minimum disruption to habitats. To mitigate the risks to protected species, our crews are trained in minimising the risks of bycatch.
